On July 26 2013 Bob dyno'd his Softail at Pensacola Harley Davidson. A baseline was not run, but the end result was amazing. This softail was dyno'd at 81 hp with a stage 1 kit and Vance and Hines Pro pipes. View Dyno Run
On Mar 12 2019 I dyno'd my CVO during bike week 2019. The CVO was completely stock and had approx 18k miles on it. Check out the torque, a steady 110 across the power band. I got 91.4hp at 4800 RPM and 110.2 at 3400 RPM. From other folks who dyno'd their bikes, it seems the dyno was a little less hp than other DYNO may report, so it is possible I would have made more (or less) HP on a different dyno or cooler weather. On July 24 2013 Jim Booth dyno'd his 2013 ultra limited at East Orlando Harley Davidsons with a Stage 1 and vance and hines Pro pipes. A base line run was done and it ran 63 hp stock. With the pipes, High Flow air cleaner, and a EFI supertuner screaming eagle kit it was dyno'd at 73 hp. This bike had 1064 miles at the time of dyno.

Dyno after numerous engine mods to include, 555 cams, 107 big bore kit (was a 103 from factory) cu engine, after market cam bearings, AUTO Tuner by dyno jet, and STOCK but modified exhaust and HIGH flow intake. Since Jim pulls a trailer from time to time, he went with a high torque cam at low RPMs, giving up some HP. He got 93.9hp at 5100rpm and max torque of 106.2 at 3600 rpm. 107ci Big Bore, Woods TW777 cams, 50mm SE Throttle Body, 10.25:1 compression, D&D FatCat 2 into 1, SE Air Cleaner, 30/70 Pulleys. Jack got 98 hp at 5500 RPM and 109.7 at 3800 RPM. He had gotten 102hp on a different dyno with the same bike.
